⚡ Quick Start (5 Minutes)

1. Open the Excel file
2. Go to Catalogue Overview
3. Enter your track details (Title, Artist, ISRC, UPC, Release Date, Distributor)
4. Go to Platform Royalties and enter earnings as reports arrive
5. Use Splits & Payouts to calculate contributor payments
6. Log any issues in Issues & Escalation Log

🔑 Important Notes (Please Read)

• Do not delete or overwrite formula cells in Net Revenue or Amount Owed
• Split % can be entered as 25 (meaning 25%) or 0.25 (meaning 25%)
• Net Revenue in Splits & Payouts should match Net Revenue in Platform Royalties for the same period/platform/track
• Update the tracker monthly when distributor reports arrive
